Charging Pin Corrosion

Post by johnnyp » Tue Mar 19, 2019 8:39 pm

Hi.. I like the Ticwatch E, it's simple and gets the job done. But charging it has becoming more and more janky/unreliable... Now I haven't been able to charge it at all, the pins have corroded.

I've submitted a warranty ticket and haven't received a response. I have also contacted mobvoi support and at least they sent an automatic response.

Is anyone else having trouble with getting warranty support/service? :?

Same problem here. Ticwatch E after 1,5 years of use.
Is this corrosion or are they burnt away by the charger?
Any solutions yet?

Greetz,

Erik.
