Mobvoi App - Firmware update

When I open the Mobvoi app, and then click on my profile icon (bottom right corner), there's an option to check the firmware version.
When I click there there's a message that says "You haven't added the device yet".

But actually my TicWatch C2 is shown as "connected" in Mobvoi app.

What have I done wrong?

Hi lollapalooza,

No worries, you have done nothing wrong! The Mobvoi App updates firmware for our Ticpods product, but not Ticwatch models. Unless you have Ticpods connected to your app, the "You haven't added the device yet" message will show. Updates to the Ticwatch C2 will be administered through the Google Play Store on the watch itself.
