TICWATCH PRO doesn't charge

HI to everybody
with today I have a big issue
My TICWATCH PRO (0,5 year old) is not able to charge
It is updated to the last firmware (H)
I am using the official charger
I have tried to change electric adapter wo solution
I have tried to clean the contacts of the watch and of the charger
How to fix this big issue ??

I have created warranty ticked ID 17140
I have not received back any feedback from MOBVOI support team

You are on the right track. It may take a day or two for a reply depending on the work load.

They have closed my ticket sending me a spare part of cord with cradle charging
Well
Frome where it will be shipped ??

Your replacement cradle would be shipped from nearest service center from your country.

mine quit after a while also, looks like you cant use a rapid or quick charger or the cradle burns up.

I can confirm that the my burned cradle has been used with a 1,5 A adapter :o
I purchased some weeks ago a cradle new spare part (from unbranded supplier on Amazon to use in my business home) that until today has been used with a 2,0A adapter and until now I have not issue with it :shock:

At the end of day I purchased a new adapter 1,0A (it was completely absent in my home) and I will go to use it with the new cradle that I will receive as substitution of first one by Mobvoi ...
