Mobvoi connected but not getting activity data

Mobvoi connected but not getting activity data

Hi guys/gals,

So a bit of an odd one here... My Tickwatch Pro shows that it is disconnected in the Bluetooth setting yet on Mobvoi it shows as connected.

There is no activity data being transferred over to the Mobvoi app on my android phone but it shows as connected. to confuse matters further the google fit app on my watch is transferring data fine with my phone google fit app.

Really weird going ons here and its confusing and annoying as im trying to track my activity for my vitality health care.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi fizz,

Don't worry about Bluetooth showing disconnected, Because Wear OS handles Bluetooth adaptively, If there's any notification it'll automatically get connected again.

Please provide your Smartphone model and the build number of your TicWatch (under System -> Setting -> About) for further diagnose on your synching issue.

Sometimes I have sports data uploaded about 1 day later. Not immediately, not 1 minute, not 5 minutes. My todays record - one day after activity. LOL.
This behaviour lasts for 1 or 2 months.
(Ticwatch Pro connected to BT or Wifi).
