Cancel order - no response

Hi,

Its been two days since i wrote to support to cancel my order of ticwatch pro, but no response. Any idea how to ensure cancellation? I ordered through Australia website and payment done through PayPal.

Note : i came to know that i will be getting ticwatch pro as gift and wrote for cancellation on the same day of my order.

Got a response now , order cancelled.
Not happy with response time, though. An easier way for everyone will be to have cancel option alongside order details.
I wonder how long it will take to address issue related to warranty/damages, if it ever happens.
