I made an order on Saturday May 9th. I was looking through some reviews and decided that the watch might not be the best fit and i sent an email to support within 1 hour asking for the orser to be cancelled but got no reply. the next day i sent another email asking for the order to be cancelled and agin no reply. Today i recieve an email that my order has shipped and tracking infomation!!!! I don't know what more i couldv'e done to stop this order. Anywa, can i refuse the package? and ask DHL to ship back? and what happens after?
