My new Ticwatch Pro 2020 arrived today and I am dissapointed.
I have tried to raise a ticket to return my watch to you for a refund, but am being asked to provide details of my return shipping company / tracking number first. Is that right?
I've attached a screenshot to explain what I mean.
Surely I need a return authorisation number first?
I'd appreciate someone's help.
