Hi guys, received my watch earlier, plugged the watch and charger on for 30 mins, no later that 10 mins I got the logo 'ticwatch' come on the screen. Now its bootlooping (ticwatch logo for 20 seconds, turns off and repeats) I have tried to turn off by holding the buttom on the left for 10 seconds but still nothing. Any help please?

this could be a product issue, first please upgrade both watch OS and phone companion app and do a factory reset, if it happens again please contact email@example.com
I also have the same problem with my watch. Can anyone who has solved this issue give the details of how they were able to do it. Also , o bought the watch from Amazon so will this issue be covered in warranty?
